I really did learn to cook from my grandmother and we’re talking about a grandmother who cooked for her family all through WWII.
This means that I learned from a very early age how to get every single bit of flavour out of food.
You will find a whole range of dishes on the menu including traditional slow cooked dishes, using my favourite meats – the ones that need to be cooked low and slow!
